How Does UV DTF Printing Work?

• Step 1: Print design on transfer film
• Step 2: Cure the film to stick film “A”(where the design is printed on) with film “B”(on the front of the designs) with a laminating machine (There are also printers, Aries 113 for instance, integrates printing and laminating into single device to handle all process which require no laminators.)
• Step 3: Cut out your required design and peel off film “A” to stick the transfer film firmly onto substrate.
• Step 4: Peel off film “B” after few seconds.

What Are Suitable Substrates for UV DTF Printing?

• UV DTF printing is versatile due to the type of surfaces the designs can go on, such as metal, leather, wood, paper, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc. It can even be transferred onto irregular and curved surfaces. It is also possible to transfer designs when the object is underwater.

• Film A: Where the designs are printed on and it is also the back of the design.
• Film B: The film to cover the designs during curing process (also the front cover on design).
